Congratulations to Paul Gidney...World Champ!
Paul lifted today in the International Powerlifting Federation Championships in Orlando! Paul set three Canadian Records...came in first in the Deadlift...and won a Silver overall! Neat to have a world champ from Digby! Awesome job...and glory to God!
